Harry Esposito has been the managing partner of two predecessor firms prior to forming Esposito & Wiener, LLC in 2012. He graduated from Muhlenberg College in 1983 with a degree in Accounting and business, earned his CPA license in 1987 and has been practicing in public accounting for 32 plus years.
Harry has extensive experience in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation as well as payroll and sales taxation. In addition to working with small and medium sized businesses, Harry has a concentration of clients and experience in Construction Contracting, Real Estate, and Manufacturing and is directly responsible for all attest engagements.
The Esposito team is made up of future (sainthood) wife Sue, Tulane University graduate daughter Grace, and Whittier College sophomore son Sam. The team is rounded out by very important additions named Marley, Ace, and Chester (in Memoriam).
When not involved with the office, Harry’s time is spent at their home and on the water hanging out with Sue , the kids, and friends. “When I am not thinking of clients and family- I am thinking of fishing and Tuna”.

Joel Wiener has been in public accounting for over 50 years, most of which as an owner in Wiener, Goodman & Company, P.C., one of the predecessor firms to Esposito & Wiener LLC. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport in 1966.
Joel Wiener’s areas of expertise include manufacturing, real estate, not for profit, trusts, trust and estate administration, physicians, Wall Street executives, international and domestic taxes for individuals, corporations and estates and Joel has extensive experience with international firms in Europe and Asia.

Amy Angolano joined Esposito & Wiener, LLC at its inception in January 2012. She graduated from Trinity College of Vermont with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Amy has over 20 years of experience in public and private accounting. Amy is responsible for preparing individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and non-profit tax returns. In addition, Amy works closely with clients on tax and estate planning, and related gifting matters throughout the year. Other duties include bookkeeping, trust administration, planning and field work for audits, reviews and compilations, and working with multiple non-profit organizations. Amy is responsible for the overseeing of the firm’s computer IT and security, and all software issues. As a manager for over 12 years, she has led client engagements at every level of services. In her spare time, Amy likes to travel, read, and “chill” at her Vermont retreat.

Kathy DePalma joined Esposito & Wiener, LLC at its inception in January 2012.
Kathy is responsible for preparing individual tax returns, bookkeeping and write up services, payroll taxes, sales taxes, and preparation of annual tax forms, including Forms 1099 and Forms W-2. In addition, Kathy is responsible for handling all annual report filings, billings, and collections, as well as financial statement processing. Kathy has been in public accounting for over 25 years, married, and has two college-aged daughters who keep her busy beyond belief. She loves to cook, entertain, and spend time at the beach.
